September always feels like the year taking a big deep breath. Everything that was "after Labor Day" is suddenly this week, and by November most of us are running on fumes and calling it commitment. We've been talking with many of you for a while about this and dreaming about an escape, a special occasion to break the pattern. Which brings us to the thing we've been dying to tell you. 👇👇👇
✨ Rooted 2026 | Our First (Ever!) Retreat
We couldn’t fix Q4 for everyone. So we built an antidote, instead. Announcing:
Rooted is an elegant, grounded, 2-night retreat in California's Alexander Valley, with experiences designed for executive women looking to restore, re-connect, and re-set at the end of a busy year.
This November (19-21) in Healdsburg, CA: Two nights at Travel & Leisure's #1 resort in North America. A private dinner at Silver Oak Cellars with James Beard award-winning chef Preeti Mistry. A family-style dinner in the kitchen of Michelin-starred chef Charlie Palmer. A floating soundbath. A morning meditation walk across the vineyards. Facilitated sessions built around the questions you're actually sitting with. And a group of women who’ve walked the same path as you.

💜 Mission & Partners | The Reason for Our Retreat
We said a retreat wasn’t going to happen this year. One afternoon in May at Silver Oak changed all that.
This past spring, Silver Oak hosted a stunning luncheon, vineyard walk, and behind-the-scenes tour for us. Their attention to details, welcoming approach, and grounded nature won us over immediately. Now, they’re an official Wednesday Women partner - and they’re the ones who brought together the opportunity for our November retreat.
A winery is a business built on patience. You plant something, wait years, and find out much later whether you were right. You use both data and love to create something beautiful.
