Last month, Wednesday Women was named Community of the Year – an award that belongs to every single one of YOU. Those who nominate women to be featured, become exec members, or simply follow along with the movement…Community is built together.
Winning the award was a surprise that made us realize something: it feels really, really good to be recognized for the hard work you’ve put in. It makes you stand a little taller. It validates what you knew was true, but wondered if anyone else could see.
Sound familiar?
That recognition is exactly what we set out to do for every woman we amplify and celebrate. We help leaders realize that folks have been watching — and cheering — all along. That their work matters. That their story deserves to be told out loud.
So this award is really special. But what’s most special is that feeling of being recognized. And we're going to keep growing that for the extraordinary women in our orbit.

💜 Mission & Partners | Connection, Conferences, & ChurnZero
Some partnerships look great on paper. This one shows up in the room.
For two years running, ChurnZero has helped us do something we care deeply about: up-level what conferences feel like for women. And we’re excited to partner this year with them again at ZERO-IN: their top-rated (and much loved) conference for customer success leaders
We’re working with them to put brilliant women on their main stage. And we’ll be co-hosting a curated coffee session that makes women feel genuinely welcome on the conference floor - not like guests in someone else's house. ChurnZero always makes space for the kind of conversation that goes deeper than networking: real talk, real relationships, real follow-through.
Our dinner and coffee hosted by ChurnZero this spring in San Francisco had the energy and connection we both believe in.
