February has a way of sharpening focus. The rush of January settles and what remains is what really matters: the people we build with, the stories we amplify, and the spaces we step into. This month, we’re celebrating legacy leadership, welcoming a partner who believes relationships are the strategy, and sharing where you can find Wednesday Women around the globe in 2026. If you’ve been watching from the sidelines, consider this your invitation to lean in.

✨ Member Spotlight
In the season of Giving this month, we're highlighting some charitable organizations with Wednesday Women on their boards or as their leadership.
“You cannot be what you cannot see.”
This month, we’re pleased to spotlight Lori Richardson for the work she is doing to amplify women leaders via the The Sales Decades Project.
Alongside a coalition of women leaders, Lori is documenting and honoring the careers of 40+ women who sold B2B products and services in the 1980s. Before “representation” was a headline. Before diversity reports. Before LinkedIn even existed. These women were building revenue, leading teams, and shaping the profession.
Some are still leading. Some have stepped away. Some are no longer with us. But their stories matter — especially to the women and men building careers in sales today. This is stewardship. This is preservation. This is leadership that thinks beyond the moment.
The project includes recorded interviews, an ’80s soundtrack (as it should), and a Dallas gathering in April — but at its heart, this is about visibility across generations. Lori is making sure the next wave of leaders can see what’s possible because the path was paved long before it was acknowledged.
We are incredibly proud to call her part of the Wednesday Women membership and to see this movement unfold, we encourage you to follow Lori on LinkedIn:
💜 Mission & Partners
Making big strides to amplify extraordinary executive women – with the help of amazing companies.
Some partnerships are strategic. This one? It’s inevitable.
Wednesday Women and #samsales align where it matters most:
🎤 Visibility & voice
🤝 Relationships & revenue
💡 Strategy & story

We amplify executive women. → They ensure those women are seen, heard, and remembered.
We build powerful rooms. → They help leaders walk into those rooms with clarity and confidence.
We believe relationships are the strategy. → They built the methodology: Show Me You Know Me®.
Founded by renowned sales and LinkedIn expert Samantha McKenna, #samsales is redefining how modern leaders build relationships that actually convert — without losing the human in the process.
Here’s how you can work with them:
→ Team Trainings that transform your top-of-funnel sales processes (hello, better outreach and stronger discovery).
→ LinkedIn Branding for Executives that positions you as the clear, confident leader you already are.
→ On-demand Playbooks covering sequence writing, discovery calls, LinkedIn strategy, and more — practical tools you can implement immediately.
This partnership has been years in the making — rooted in mutual respect, shared values, and a belief that business is human first. Making it official just made sense.
If you’re ready to elevate how you show up — individually or as a team — this is your sign. (And yes, tell them we sent you… 👋)

A select group of executive women will join Wednesday Women as Executive Members this year. Members call it: “my safety net” — “the most valuable thing I’ve done personally and professionally in a long while” — “the one place where I can bring my whole self.”
