We've been on the road this fall, and every city has introduced us to more women worth knowing. Some of them we feature right here, some we cheer on at our events, and some become part of our membership. If you know a woman who should be in our orbit, we’d love to meet her!

Great marketing starts with great people. Marie is a marketing transformation leader with 20+ years scaling global content and campaigns for SaaS and enterprise tech brands. She'd rather talk about how careers actually grow than add to the AI noise. Her advice: focus on visible work, market yourself, and spend at least 10% of your time networking.
Your job description is just the baseline. Jingjin is Founder of THE ELEVATE GROUP, on a mission to uplift 5 million women in business by 2034 without asking any of them to become someone else. At WABCO, she was the only woman, the only Asian, and the only senior director under 35, overseeing portfolios worth up to $800M. Her advice: your job description is the baseline, and what gets you to the top happens outside it.

Where AI investment meets actual revenue. Lara is CEO of HAWKSMOOR.AI, where she helps leadership teams turn AI investment into revenue after 30 years leading enterprise go-to-market teams at Oracle, Microsoft, and Marketo. She founded The Signal Room because women doing enterprise AI work had nowhere to compare notes honestly and build real mastery together. Her advice for anyone early in their career: learn the business beyond your job.
Who you build with is the strategy. Jen is Co-Founder and CPO at Fluxon, after early product roles at Stripe and Google. She and her co-founder grew Fluxon to 300+ people across 12 countries while they were both starting families. They did it without the venture-backed playbook, and she thinks the people you choose to build with matter more than the funding.
